About MJ Designs
A BIM production team you can brief clearly and keep in the loop.
We work from Manjeri, Kerala with architecture, survey, engineering and construction teams across the UK, Europe and other agreed markets. You bring the project knowledge and decisions; we bring the production capacity.
The team behind the delivery
Capacity supported by clear working systems.
Approximately 40 BIM professionals support production, coordination and internal review. The team has completed more than 4,000+ projects across more than 8+ years of delivery experience.
Each new brief begins with the same practical conversation: what do you have, what must be delivered and where can we take pressure off your team?
We protect client information. Live client models, drawings and project screenshots are not published because they can reveal confidential work. The studio and team you see here are the people behind the production support.
Discuss a projectWhat you can expect
Clear working habits, not vague promises.
We ask before we assume
If the source files leave a gap, we raise it with your reviewer instead of quietly treating it as fact.
We work inside your standards
Your templates, naming, sheets and file conventions guide the production work.
We keep the handover usable
Your team receives the requested files with the questions, limitations and delivery notes needed for the next step.
You keep project control
Design direction, compliance decisions, approvals and professional sign-off remain with your appointed team.
